Vodafone has sold over 140 towers of communication, located in various parts of Australia to Crown Castle, Australia. When the wireless network of Crown is getting expanded across Australia, this addition of towers will help them to better support their customers.

This purchase is considered to be one of the leading and top most one made by Crown and is expected to increase the portfolio of the company by around 10%.

Vodafone on the other hand believes that, they are trying to outsource the management of the facilities. At the same time, Vodafone will continue to use the transmission lines from Castle through a leasing agreement.
