The recent study report for the American Customer Satisfaction Index Study released by the University of Michigan shown that, US citizens are more satisfied with Google. The satisfaction score of this year has reached up to 86% which is a 10.3% increment as compared to the same results in the previous year.
On the other hand, the results about Yahoo reveal that, the interest for them has fallen by around 2.5% reaching to 77%. The third place in the study results goes to some portals and search engines that don’t require special nomination, while the fourth place is for MSN.
